DCPlusPlus-0.867 mod 2

MaxMind’s will be discontinuing updates to the GeoLite Legacy databases as of April 1, 2018.

Therefore we urge you to update to mod 2.

Changes in 0.867 mod 2

				Removed AppearancePage -> City-level geolocation database
Removed AppearancePage -> Region name geolocation database
Added GeoIP functions to use maxminddb
Added Automatically disconnect hubs if not registered (idea from AirDC++)
